Monday-Friday Valley View Dental is a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental practice opening in Logan, Utah, and we're looking for an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. At Valley View Dental, we believe the patient experience begins the moment someone contacts our office. We're seeking a warm, organized, and service-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, creating meaningful connections, and helping every patient feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a positive, team-focused environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Schedule and coordinate appointments while maintaining an efficient provider schedule
- Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with treatment estimates
- Check patients in and out while ensuring an outstanding patient experience
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with confidence and compassion
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Help keep the front office organized, efficient, and welcoming
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every patient interaction Qualifications
- Previous dental front office experience required
- Experience with Curve Dental software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for serving others
