We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator Assistant to support our senior team members and learn the ropes of patient care coordination from the ground up. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is professional, highly organized, and ready to build a career in healthcare. You'll float between our Orem and Salt Lake City clinics , assisting with scheduling, paperwork, and patient support — all while being mentored by an experienced, high-performing care coordination team. What You'll Do Travel weekly between clinics in Orem and Salt Lake City (mileage reimbursed) Support Patient Care Coordinators with scheduling, paperwork, records, and follow-up Scan, file, and organize medical documents with high attention to detail Help manage patient check-ins, calls, and referrals under guidance from senior staff Shadow and learn clinical coordination workflows over time — including how we guide patients through wound and vascular treatment plans You Might Be a Fit If You...
