This position will provide you with much needed experience for life and various careers, including but not limited to a knowledge about family finances, a deep understanding of insurance, general and eye health, how to run a practice of your own, and how to provide a healing and efficient clinic. We will train the necessary skills if you already have the personality and outlook that would make you successful at our hard-working and fun-loving office. Position is for a
FULL-TIME
patient care coordinator.
Shifts are as follows:
Monday•
Thursday:
Morning shift from 8:45am to 1:15pm, Afternoon shift from 1:45pm to 6:15pm,
Friday:
Morning shift from 8:45am to 1:15pm. Pay may be negotiated based on experience and time commitment. Spanish highly recommended.
Duties include:
  • Handling patient scheduling
  • Making and answering phone calls
  • Helping the office schedule flow smoothly
  • Collecting money from patients
