People Person Personality Sales and Customer Service Skills Organization and Problem Solving Skills Listening and Communication Skills Dental Front Office Systems Previous Experience as a: Sales, Concierge, Customer Service, Patient Coordinator, Receptionist, Office Manager, Dental Insurance, Medical Billing may make you a good fit for this role.
