Annandale, VA Type:
Full-Time (32-40 hrs/week)Pay:
$17-20.00/hour + commission + bonuses About Us NOVA Spine and Knee Center is a specialty non-surgical clinic offering spinal decompression, knee, and neuropathy care. We're looking for a driven, patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and help guide patients from their first phone call through enrollment in care. What You'll Do Manage front-desk and patient-facing communications, including inbound and outbound scheduling calls Schedule new patient consultations and Report of Findings (ROF) appointments Coordinate with sales representatives, providers, and clinical staff for smooth patient flow and handoff Support and help run company workshops and lectures Present and enroll patients into care plans/programs Maintain accurate, timely records in our CRM Follow HIPAA and patient privacy protocols Attend required training, meetings, and briefings Schedule Approximate hours based on clinic operations (some flexibility by role fit): Day Hours Monday 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM Tuesday 12:00 PM

- 6:00 PM Friday 9:00 AM
- 1:00 PM Saturday / Sunday Closed Performance Expectations Minimum of 5 enrolled patients per week (1/day) Accurate weekly time and commission reporting What We're Looking For Strong phone and in-person communication skills Comfortable in a sales/enrollment-driven healthcare environment Organized, detail-oriented, and confident using a CRM Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Prior experience in healthcare scheduling, sales, or patient coordination
