We are seeking a full-time Site Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Arlington, VA office location.
Position Summary:
The Site Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the office is running smoothly by properly keeping it stocked, clean, and up to date with any facility matters. They are a vital supporting role for the practice and in charge of supervising their assigned site.
Duties:
First person to arrive and open the practice ensuring that there are no facility matters, all areas are clean and tidy, supplies are stocked, and that the office looks presentable. Serves as the Point of Contact for the site for receiving office furniture, shipments/supplies, and vendors by working with the Payroll, Clerical, and Facilities Manager. Helping with patient complaints or concerns. Assist with training new Front Desk employees as needed. Backup for the Front Desk employee at their site. Work on assigned provider schedule(s) to confirm provider productivity is being met by filling open slots, checking the schedule for accuracy, and that all appointments are checked out at the end of the day. Confirm patient demographics, insurance information/eligibility (including pictures of the card), and that all necessary paperwork/registration forms are in the patient's chart in the appropriate folder. Utilize Healow Open Access to ensure all incoming requests are worked on and checked daily. Enter all copays and balances collected for their site into Pulse daily. Collect patient copays, balances, and out-of-pocket costs daily. Collect patient balances and enter payments from the 120-Day Collections weekly on assigned days. Review batch reports are in order and scanned into the appropriate folder at the end of each day.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting (1 year). Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail in managing patient records and documentation. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare applications. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and improving patient outcomes.
