Dental Den is an established, community-focused dental clinic in Ashburn, VA, and we are looking for an exceptional Administrative Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the face and voice of our practice creating outstanding first impressions, maintaining a welcoming office environment, and ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional, welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Manage incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and optimize the daily schedule. Perform insurance verifications, check-in, and check-out procedures smoothly. Present treatment plans clearly and assist patients with financial and payment options. Maintain complete, accurate patient records and update practice management software. Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow. Oversee billing, payment collection, and routine front office administrative duties. Qualifications Prior dental front desk or dental administration experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Highly organized with superior time-management and multitasking abilities. Proactive, self-directed individual with strong attention to detail. Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.
