Job Description
The Program Director serves as the leader at the programs in their scope of oversight and contributes to the creation of environments that enable CRi to fulfill its mission and meet or exceed its goals. The Program Director must have the capability to effectively communicate and clearly articulate the organization's mission and philosophy to all members of their particular programs or service. The Program Director also supports and encourages staff members to act with appropriate authority and responsibility in their work processes and must possess skills to delegate and empower staff. The Program Director is ultimately responsible for the quality of care and the physical environment of the programs they supervise.
