Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Crisis Program Manager to lead our mental health and behavioral care initiatives. The Crisis Program Manager will... Reports directly to the Director of Operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the development, implementation, and management of policies and practices to ensure the delivery of high quality care in all service settings consistent with the company's mission and in accordance with Medicaid regulations. Ensure licensing, accreditation, regulatory and agency requirements, including client records and documentation standards are maintained. Manage implementation of policies and practices to ensure consistent quality service delivery; directly supervise delivery quality and content. Coordinate client care with Crisis counselors and staff members, other providers (if applicable), and family members, as appropriate. Assure services are integrated to meet client needs Participate in program development and organizational planning to ensure responsive care. Serve in a leadership role in interventions of staff members providing Crisis Stabilization, Mobile, CRC, and Residential services; provide crisis consultation to families when applicable. Serve as a community liaison to encourage resource links and establish relationships between community agencies, staff members of Brothers' Keeper, Inc., and/or public law enforcement agencies. Oversee and, at times, provide treatment services, training, and support to clients individually, to develop and improve skills related to physical and mental health care needs; provide on-call back up to program staff. Manage day-to-day operations of the program Areas of management and supervision will include: 23hr Crisis, Crisis Stabilization, Residential Crisis House, and Mobile Crisis Manage expense report and revenue targets, productivity, measured outcomes, and staff. Manage program budget, monitor and approve timesheets, expenditures, and purchase orders; review clinical reports on client admissions. Produce metrics on productivity and measured outcomes for Clinical Director's review. Provide direct supervision to and development of staff, both directly and indirectly; facilitate and conduct hiring process, assist with performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions; Coordinate the caseload of program counselors and staff consistent with program needs.` Participate in and lead staff, program meetings and trainings, as assigned, requested, or required. Ensure clinical records and other required documentation are in order and completed, as required. Conduct daily audits and quality assurance checks on all submitted clinical documentation and report.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain effective relationships with hospitals, outside case managers, counselors, and other community resources. Participate in management of program discretionary resources available to meet clients' needs.

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
