Job Description
AISAP (https://aisap.ai/) is a healthcare AI company focused on improving real-time diagnosis and clinical decision-making through advanced ultrasound solutions. We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Clinical Success Specialist to support hospital customers through onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing use of our AI-powered ultrasound platform. AISAP, recognized by the WHO as one of the top 10 most influential companies in AI health technology, is hiring a Clinical Deployment Specialist to be embedded full-time at our partner hospital in Falls Church, VA. This is a relationship and adoption role — you'll be the face of AISAP inside the hospital, day in and day out, driving how deeply our technology becomes part of clinical life there. What You'll Actually Do
- Be on-site daily as AISAP's go-to person for the hospital — known by name to doctors, nurses, techs, and IT
- Run and coordinate training so clinical staff use the platform confidently from day one
- Build real relationships across departments and up to hospital leadership to expand where and how the product is used ("land and expand")
- Act as the connective tissue between hospital staff and AISAP's Product, Sales, and Clinical teams — bringing field feedback back to shape the roadmap
- Troubleshoot adoption friction before it becomes a churn risk Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a hospital or healthcare system, OR in a customer-facing/deployment role at a medical device, digital health, or healthcare IT company
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with clinical staff, department leadership, or hospital administration
- Comfortable working independently in a full-time, on-site field role — this is not a remote or hybrid position
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, from frontline staff to C-suite
- Experience with product training, onboarding, or change management in a clinical setting is a strong plus
- Sonography, POCUS, or other hands-on imaging/clinical experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Falls Church, VA area
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent hands-on healthcare experience will be considered Who Thrives in This Role
- You build trust fast — equally comfortable with a busy ER nurse and a hospital administrator
- You're a natural project manager: organized, proactive, and good at spotting patterns and friction points
- You're energized by being the face of a company in the field, not sitting behind a desk
