Lumen Eye Center is a growing, modern private optometry practice looking for an Optometric Technician to join our team. We're looking for someone who is smart, motivated, dependable, and a quick learner —someone who genuinely cares about patients and takes pride in doing a great job. Optometry or medical experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. Attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn are most important to us. What You'll Do Perform patient pre-testing and diagnostic testing Obtain and document patient histories Assist our doctors with patient care and procedures Help maintain smooth and efficient patient flow Learn and operate advanced eye-care technology Assist with scheduling, phones, and check-in/check-out as needed Keep patient and clinical areas clean and organized Jump in and help your teammates when needed You'd Be a Great Fit If You...
