Schedule & Compensation Hours:

Monday - Wednesday, 7:15 AM - 4:45 PM providing an excellent work/life balance

Pay:

Highly competitive hourly rate (DOE)

Manage productive schedules for Doctors and Hygienists; lead morning hygiene schedule reviews.

Patient Coordination:

Efficient check-in/out, updating medical histories, and processing necessary forms.

Financials:

Manage daily billing, collections, and treatment plan communications.

Communication:

Handle high-volume phones and emails with professional clarity.

Requirements Experience:

2-3 years of dental care coordination in a high-level, professional environment. ( Dental experience is mandatory ).

Software:

Proficiency in Denticon and Microsoft Office.

Skills:

Detail-oriented self-starter with strong leadership and analytical abilities.

Traits:

Articulate, punctual, and capable of managing tasks in a timely manner.
