McLean DDS is a modern, patient-focused dental practice seeking an energetic, reliable team member to join our clinical team. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone interested in dentistry or dental hygiene. Responsibilities Break down, disinfect, and set up hygiene and restorative treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and keep the sterilization area organized Ensure providers have clean instruments and supplies throughout the day Stock operatories and monitor inventory Help maintain weekly supply inventory Make post-treatment care calls to patients Confirm upcoming appointments Scan documents into patient charts and check in lab cases Support the front desk and clinical team as needed What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Organized and able to multitask Friendly with excellent communication skills Team player who enjoys helping others Why You'll Love Working Here Paid training Modern, technology-driven office Supportive team environment Cross-training opportunities Great hands-on experience for future healthcare professionals
