Surgical Coordinator -

Plastic Surgery Practice Location:

McLean & Ashburn, VA | Loudoun County $23-$25/hour + Monthly Commission A well-established plastic surgery practice is looking for an experienced Surgical Coordinator to join its team and guide patients through their surgical journey, from their initial inquiry and consultation through scheduling and preparation for their procedure. This is a high-touch, patient-facing role ideal for someone who is confident communicating with patients, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where patient experience and results are equally important.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective surgical patients. Build relationships with patients and guide them from their initial inquiry through consultation and scheduled procedure. Educate patients on procedures, next steps, financing options, and what to expect throughout the process. Manage leads, consultations, and follow-ups while maintaining consistent communication. Coordinate surgical scheduling based on provider and facility availability. Ensure patients complete all necessary pre-procedure requirements. Coordinate pre- and post-operative appointments. Process and secure patient payments. Maintain accurate patient and lead information within CRM/EMR and scheduling systems. Provide a polished, professional, and exceptional patient experience throughout the entire journey.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a patient-facing coordination role. Experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic/aesthetic medicine, healthcare, or a high-end concierge environment is strongly preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A consultative and sales-oriented mindset, with confidence discussing pricing and helping patients make informed decisions. Comfortable following up with prospective patients and converting consultations into scheduled procedures. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple patients, leads, appointments, and deadlines simultaneously. Experience using CRM, EMR, and/or scheduling platforms. Professional presentation and strong emotional intelligence. Comfortable working in a compensation structure that includes performance-based commission.

Compensation & Benefits:
