N/A DUTIES

: Under the direction of the agency, Clinical Director, LMHP and within the limitations of agency policy, the incumbent shall execute the following duties:

• Assess individuals for eligibility to receive MHSB and Intensive In Home services following Department of Behavioral Health and DMAS guidelines
• Make contact with Clinical Director, LMHP within 24 hours of conducting an assessment.
• Ensure all assessments are typed and submitted to Clinical Director for review within 30 days of actual assessment.
• Provide case supervision and support to QMHP staff.
• Conduct weekly supervision to monitor provision services.
• Monitor documentation completion for timeliness and quality

QUALIFICATIONS

: Incumbent must be a qualified mental health provider who possesses strong interpersonal, management, and direct service skills. Must hold at minimum Masters of Social Work degree from an accredited school of social work or Masters of Counseling, Masters of Psychology or in a related human services field or Doctorate in Psychology. Must have three years prior related experience. Candidates must be licensed or licensed eligible by the state of Virginia as Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, Clinical Psychologists or Psychologists.
