ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

include the following: Responsible for ensuring that assigned communities are in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Manages the day to day clinical operations in assigned communities in absence of a Director of Nursing (DON) Assists in training and performance improvement plans for DON staff to ensure understanding of regulations and policies set by the state and PLC Ensures integrity and proper regulatory maintenance of agency records, reports, and patient records Oversees fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates for services, payroll and financial reporting Directs, delegates and ensures the implementation of written policies and procedures that reflect the goals and objectives of the community and governing bodies Meets with Administrator and Department Leaders on a regular basis to review operations and any other pertinent resident and/or environmental issues Reports any issues or problems that may arise Promotes and exemplifies the mission of PLC at all times EDUCATION and

EXPERIENCE

an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
