Job Description
Therapy/Patient Services Coordinator (Healthcare Administration) Full-Time | Weekdays Only | Sterling, VA Build Relationships. Solve Problems. Help People Succeed. At Loudoun Sports Therapy Center, our patients don't simply need appointments scheduled. They need guidance, encouragement, accountability, and someone who genuinely cares whether they achieve the goals that brought them through our doors. That's where you come in. As a Therapy Services Coordinator, you'll become one of the most important people in a patient's journey. You'll help new patients understand their plan of care, identify obstacles that could prevent success, maintain meaningful communication throughout treatment, and partner with our clinical team to keep patients moving toward their goals. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making a real impact in people's lives, you'll likely enjoy this role. What You'll Do Meet with new patients to explain their recommended plan of care Help patients schedule their full course of treatment Build strong relationships through ongoing communication and support Identify concerns or barriers that could interfere with treatment success Partner with clinicians to keep patients engaged in their care Follow up regarding attendance, progress, and overall patient satisfaction Serve as a communication bridge between patients and the clinical team Support patient retention, referrals, and successful treatment outcomes Who Thrives Here Successful candidates often come from backgrounds such as: Healthcare administration Medical office coordination Patient services Hospitality management Retail leadership Customer success Sales support Other service-focused administrative roles You may be an excellent fit if people naturally trust you, you communicate with confidence, and you enjoy helping others follow through on commitments they've made to improve their lives.
