Job Description
Widder Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced, results-driven Practice Director to lead the day-to-day operations and growth of an established cosmetic surgery practice. This is not simply an office manager position. We are looking for a confident leader who understands the cosmetic patient journey—from the initial inquiry through consultation, financing, surgery, and postoperative care. The right person will know how to lead a team, improve consultation conversions, strengthen follow-up, and create an exceptional patient experience.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Dr. Shlomo Widder is a highly experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon who has served the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. region for more than 39 years. His established Vienna practice specializes in cosmetic procedures, including breast augmentation, tummy tuck, liposuction, and body-contouring procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily operations of the practice
- Lead, manage, train, and hold team members accountable
- Ensure every patient receives a professional, high-touch experience

- Develop and manage a consistent lead follow-up system
- Improve consultation scheduling, attendance, and conversion rates
- Track leads from the initial inquiry through booked surgery
- Oversee patient financing processes and payment options
- Manage provider and surgical schedules for efficiency and profitability
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators, including lead response time, consultation bookings, show rates, conversion rates, surgical revenue, and outstanding follow-up
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions
- Coordinate with outside marketing professionals and ensure leads are handled effectively within the practice
- Help execute internal marketing, patient reactivation, referral, review, and retention initiatives
- Provide regular performance reports to the physician
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least three years of management experience in a cosmetic plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic dentistry, or other high-end elective healthcare practice
- Direct experience with cosmetic consultations, lead conversion, or elective-procedure sales strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and hold a team accountable
- Strong understanding of the complete cosmetic patient journey
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Experience with CRM systems, lead tracking, scheduling software, and practice-management systems
- Able to interpret practice data and use KPIs to improve performance
- Professional, polished, compassionate, and confident
- Able to work independently and take ownership without waiting for the physician to manage every detail
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You are proactive, organized, and comfortable taking charge. You understand that every inquiry represents a potential patient who deserves prompt, professional attention. You know how to coach a team, improve conversion without using high-pressure tactics, and build systems that prevent opportunities from being lost. You balance exceptional patient care with strong business judgment. You do not merely identify problems—you take ownership of solving them.WHAT WE OFFER
- A leadership role with meaningful authority and responsibility
- The opportunity to help grow an established cosmetic surgery practice
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Performance-based incentive opportunities
- A professional environment focused on excellent patient care
- The ability to make a measurable impact on the success of the practice
