We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys working with people and wants to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Responsibilities Escort patients through their prescribed treatment programs Apply and monitor therapeutic modalities including: Electrical Muscle Stimulation (E-Stim) Intersegmental Traction (Roller Table) Heat Therapy Other therapies as directed by the doctor Educate patients regarding prescribed therapies and home care recommendations Assist with patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations Monitor patient comfort and communicate concerns to the doctor Prepare treatment areas and equipment between patients Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas Encourage patient compliance and follow-up with recommended care Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships Assist with general office and clinic support duties as needed Qualifications Friendly, caring, and professional personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable with outstanding attendance and punctuality Organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Comfortable working directly with patients of all ages Ability to follow clinical protocols accurately Team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the workday Preferred Qualifications Experience is helpful but not required.
