Job Description

Patient Care Coordinator Winchester, VA Full-Time, Monday-Friday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM) $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Prosthetic and Orthotic Administrative Assistant & Care Coordinator Rehabilitation Practitioners, Inc (RPI) About the Role We are a tight-knit prosthetic and orthotic practice in Winchester serving children and adults navigating significant physical challenges. Our patients may be autistic children getting their first brace, adults adjusting to life after amputation, or families navigating a challenging health situation. We are looking for someone who understands that a smile, patience, or simply making someone feel comfortable can make a real difference. This is not just a front desk job. As a care coordinator, you will also be escorting patients into the rooms, doing initial intake and answering their initial questions. Career Growth Opportunities We invest in our team. Clinical Pathway:
Online training and hands-on experience to become a certified Orthotic Fitter .
Administrative Pathway:
Mentorship and training to transition into Office Management .
