Job Description
Leadership - clinical excellence - building community relationships: the major skills required for this opening for an Assistant Director for the Children, Youth and Families Division of HCRS. Lead a team who provide integrated Outpatient and School Based services for clients and provide supervision for this team and consultation for other teams at HCRS. We are looking for someone with a solid background in school services, mental health, and has experience with Quality Assurance activities. Demonstrated leadership skills, clinical and interpersonal skills required. Clinical Master's degree required with licensure. The pay for this position is between $95,000-$108,000 annually.
