This position also must oversee the educational and occupational needs of high-risk residents who have had limited success with school or work. Responsibilities include clinical and administrative program development, direct services, management of intakes and discharges and direct supervision of staff or interns, and budget management. The Clinical Manager is the primary contact for community partners, law enforcement, referral sources, and other agencies to ensure admission/ treatment and discharges are well planned.
