$57.28 - $85.92 per hour The Ambulatory Surgery Center at Fanny Allen is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead perioperative operations across our growing surgery center. As part of a newly established leadership team, this role will play a critical role in supporting the continued growth and success of our five-operating-room facility. The Nurse Manager will oversee all aspects of perioperative services, including the Operating Room, Pre-Op, and PACU, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, quality, and patient-centered care.
Experience:
Minimum of three years of leadership experience Perioperative leadership or clinical experience strongly preferred Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Strong operational, communication, and relationship-building skills Candidates without perioperative experience may be considered if they bring significant leadership experience in a clinical healthcare setting Apply
