Job Description

Assisted Living Coordinator - Greencroft Middlebury Greencroft Middlebury | Middlebury, IN At Greencroft Middlebury, we believe assisted living should feel like home. We're looking for a Full-Time Assisted Living Coordinator who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for older adults while providing leadership and support to our assisted living community. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships with residents and families, oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and help create a welcoming environment where residents can thrive.
Schedule:
Full Time 2PM - 10PM What You'll Do Coordinate daily operations within our Assisted Living community Serve as a primary resource and advocate for residents and their families Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and service coordination Support team member onboarding, training, and scheduling Develop engaging programs and activities that promote connection and well-being Assist with resident move-ins, orientations, and transitions Partner with campus leadership to maintain a high-quality resident experience Participate in an on-call rotation and provide support as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Experience working with older adults is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
