Ark Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Hospital Manager to join our leadership team! We're seeking an individual who thrives in a collaborative, engaging work environment and is passionate about both client service and team leadership. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, excels in multitasking, and is adaptable in a fast-paced setting. The hospital is also set to be renovated in the next few months, making this an especially exciting time to join the team as we begin this exciting new chapter together.
What We're Looking For:
  • Veterinary clinic experience is preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Technician candidates are highly preferred, especially those who love coaching and mentoring.
  • A passion for creating a positive workplace culture and driving practice growth.
  • A willingness to work "on the floor" as needed (technician or receptionist duties, depending on experience).
Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the hospital's day-to-day operations, including financial management, budgeting, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead and support the technician and receptionist teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Ensure excellent client service and patient care, upholding our practice's reputation in the community.
  • Work alongside our team when needed to provide hands-on support in a clinical role.

$60,000
