Schedule:

Monday 7:45 am

• 7:15 pm, Tuesday
• Thursday 6:45 am
• 4:45 pm Hours between 37
• 40 hours per week No weekend hours!

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

Check-in/check-out patients Answer phones, make appointments, take payments Opening and closing duties Insurance verification, contact lens trainings, frame selections Provide an exceptional patient experience, treating each patient with care and professionalism Support other team members and help maintain smooth clinic flow Assist in other areas including frame selections and glasses dispensings

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

Excellent communication and customer service skills required Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multi-task Growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
