Pay range:
- Salary $159,286.00 - $254,862.00 Overlake Medical Center & Clinics has been recognized as one of the best healthcare organizations in America to work for. We're searching for a Director of Finance who combines strong healthcare finance experience with a public accounting background. If selected, you'll report directly to the CFO. You and your team will be responsible for: Financial reporting Annual budgeting Monthly Operating Review & margin management initiative support Long-range financial planning Financial pro formas Other responsibilities will include ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives, management of our Strategic Data Team and support of physician compensation.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with Accounting, Business or Finance major preferred. (MBA preferred.) At least 5 years management experience Healthcare experience Preferred qualifications: In addition to the qualifications listed above, our ideal candidate will draw upon the following experience and credentials: CPA credential and public accounting experience Prior director-level experience Experience with Epic EMR Experience with Workday or other large ERP system Experience with physician compensation Why join Overlake?
