We are looking for an experienced, outgoing, self-driven and energetic Senior Patient Care Coordinator. We are a premier Plastic Surgery office offering endless technologies with a focus on enhancing our patient's natural beauty. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Must be proficient in

EPIC EMR

system

• Strong digital marketing and social media skills
• Strong organized skills in new lead management and patient retention and follow up.
• Required and must have 3-5 years of experience in plastic surgery or medical clinic
• High energy and a positive "can do" attitude
• Ability to effectively explain products and services to clients and close sales
• Great customer interaction and communication skills
• Ability to keep all patient charts organized and up to date
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Impeccable personal presentation

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with our Plastic Surgeon and Clinic Managing Director
• Lead management
• Check patients in and out while closing sales
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Assisting patients with skincare purchases
• Scanning, printing, faxing
• Keep front desk reception area organized, clean, and well-stocked
