Patient Care Coordinator / Front Office Receptionist Bellevue, WA | Full-Time Are you the person everyone remembers because of how you make them feel? At the Center for TMJ & Sleep Solutions NW, we don't just answer phones and schedule appointments, we change lives. Our patients often come to us after years of chronic pain, sleep issues, frustration, and unanswered questions. The first person they meet is often the person who sets the tone for their entire experience. We're looking for an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator / Front Office Receptionist to join our Bellevue team. This position is ideal for someone who: Loves building relationships with patients Takes ownership and follows through Enjoys learning new skills and growing professionally Thrives in a collaborative team environment Wants to be part of a practice that genuinely makes a difference Responsibilities Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Check patients in and out while ensuring a seamless experience Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and coordinate care Collect and process patient payments Maintain accurate patient demographics, insurance information, and records Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries Coordinate communication with providers, patients, and referring offices Prepare daily schedules and support clinic flow Utilize EMR and practice management systems effectively Support administrative and front-office operations Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture
What We're Looking ForRequired:
Minimum 1 year of front office, reception, customer service, medical, or dental office experience Insurance verification and scheduling experience Exceptional communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred:
Experience in a medical, dental, specialty healthcare, or private practice setting Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Compensation & Benefits Starting Wage:
$22.00+ per hour (DOE) Benefits After 90
Days:
