The job comes with training, only if you are reliable. If you have dental experience, that's an advantage. Still, even if you do not have dental experience, related experience such as customer service, medical field, or front receptionist experiences are welcome.Note:
This position will require occasional travel to our Bellevue and Issaquah locations as needed.Job Descriptions:
He/she must be able to perform a variety of tasks and duties including, but not limited to: Organize and maintain the patient charting process, prioritizing and reviewing charts for completeness. Courteously answers the telephone and interact professionally with patients Greet all patients with a smile and a professional, courteous attitude Manage the patient schedule, working cooperatively with front and back-office staff to ensure workflow Verify insurance coverage for the planned treatment Collect payment from patients and reconciles daily cash reports Preparing patient prescriptions Present treatment plans after calculating patient co-payments and insurance benefits Educating patients about their treatment Preparing & submitting dental claimsPreferred Job Requirements:
1+ years of work experience in healthcare, finances, or sales 1+ years of experience in dental Strong verbal communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skillsCOVID-19
