Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care Follow and document updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents Engage residents through conversation and daily activities, including support in dining services Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and communicate effectively with families and care team members

Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma or GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain Demonstrates compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
