At Inland Hearing Aids, we're looking for a compassionate, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to become the heart of our practice. As the first person our patients see and speak with, you'll create a welcoming experience, build meaningful relationships, and help patients on their journey to better hearing and a better quality of life. Schedule Part-Time | 24 Hours Per Week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends Location Ellensburg, WA Compensation $20.00 - $22.00 per hour plus monthly bonus based on clinic and individual performance Pay based on experience and qualifications. What You'll Do Create an Exceptional Patient Experience Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming calls and assist with appointments and questions Help patients feel comfortable, valued, and supported Build strong relationships with patients and their families Coordinate Daily Office Operations Schedule and confirm patient appointments Manage provider calendars and patient flow Handle patient records and office documentation Maintain an organized and efficient office environment Insurance & Administrative Support Verify insurance benefits and authorizations Process payments and financial transactions Assist with inventory management and hearing aid tracking Maintain accurate reports and patient information Help Grow the Practice Conduct follow-up and retention calls Support community outreach and marketing activities Help maintain a productive appointment schedule Contribute to a positive and thriving practice culture Who Thrives in This Role?
