The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and medical staff, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and comprehensive support throughout the patient care process. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and assisting with medical billing to facilitate high-quality patient experiences. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries effectively. Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to ensure timely care delivery. Assist with medical billing processes, including verifying insurance information, processing claims, and following up on outstanding payments. Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate communication between patients and medical staff. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and documentation to support clinic operations. Educate patients on treatment plans, insurance procedures, and available healthcare services. Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all patients and visitors. Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures and insurance processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer applications. Compassionate attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
