CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
LICSW Alta Vista Integrated Life Services Full-Time, Exempt Salary:
$8,000- 8,700 per month to start ($96,000
- 104,400 annually) Alta Vista Integrated Life Services is seeking an experienced, compassionate LICSW to join our leadership team as a Clinical Supervisor.
COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
Starting salary of $8,000- 8,700 per month, depending on experience Compensation review and raise opportunities after 90 days, six months, and annually Opportunities for continued leadership and professional growth Supportive, collaborative, multidisciplinary work environment
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Supervision and Leadership Provide individual and group clinical supervision for up to seven clinicians Support independently licensed clinicians, associate-licensed clinicians, and interns as applicable Ensure supervision meets Washington State requirements and Alta Vista policies Provide consultation regarding diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical interventions, professional boundaries, ethics, and complex cases Review documentation and provide guidance to support timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate records Assist clinicians with crisis response, risk assessment, safety planning, mandated reporting, and continuity of care Promote a supportive supervision environment that encourages accountability, professional development, and clinical confidence Participate in clinician onboarding, coaching, evaluation, and performance improvement when needed Training and Professional Development Identify training needs within the clinical team Develop and provide relevant clinical training opportunities Connect clinicians with continuing education and professional-development resources Support associates and developing clinicians in strengthening their assessment, documentation, treatment-planning, and therapeutic skills Help maintain a culture of ongoing learning, ethical practice, and trauma-informed care Direct Clinical Services Maintain approximately 15 direct client hours per week Complete assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapy to assigned clients Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, case managers, and community partners when appropriate Program Support Collaborate with the Executive & Clinical Director and other program leaders Participate in clinical leadership and program-development meetings Support chart reviews, documentation audits, and quality-improvement activities Assist with the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures Promote compliance with Washington State Department of Health requirements, professional ethical standards, and agency policies Provide clinical consultation during urgent or complex situationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in social work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted Washington State LICSW At least two years of experience following independent LICSW licensure Qualified and eligible to provide clinical supervision under Washington State requirements Experience providing individual and group clinical supervision Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, diagnosis, treatment planning, ethics, risk assessment, and mandated reporting Ability to provide supportive, direct, and accountable leadership Strong written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and multidisciplinary program leadersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supervising associate-licensed clinicians or interns Experience providing services to children, adolescents, families, or individuals with developmental or behavioral support needs Experience developing or delivering clinical training Experience with quality assurance, documentation review, or behavioral health compliance Leadership experience within a community behavioral health or multidisciplinary settingABOUT ALTA VISTA
