We are expanding our services and hiring a Clinic Assistant & Patient Coordinator to join our team. The role This position combines clinic administration with patient care support. Core responsibilities include supporting our new Emsella treatment program, maintaining the clinic environment, managing scheduling, and serving as the communication link between our in-house physical therapist and our virtual administrative team. Emsella is a non-invasive, fully clothed treatment for pelvic floor muscle weakness, delivered as part of a physical therapy plan of care. It is one treatment option among several offered by our practice and is not appropriate for every patient; suitability is determined by our physical therapist. This is a newly launched program within an established practice — the right candidate will own it from the start with the support of an experienced clinical team. Key responsibilities Patient care and treatment support Set up the Emsella device for patients, support comfort and positioning, and maintain accurate session documentation — operating per protocol under the direction and supervision of the supervising physical therapist Own patient follow-up: series scheduling, appointment reminders, completion, maintenance enrollment, and re-engagement of lapsed patients Keep the clinic tidy and organized throughout the day Change linens and sanitize treatment spaces promptly between patients Administration and scheduling Greet patients on arrival and support a positive clinic experience Schedule initial evaluations and follow-up treatments across the Emsella program and the physical therapist's schedule Serve as primary liaison between in-house clinical staff and the virtual administrative team Handle clinic opening and closing duties Preferred additional responsibility Capture clinic content, create basic graphics, and post updates to Instagram and Facebook All clinical screening, patient clearance, and treatment planning are performed by a licensed physical therapist. This position does not involve clinical evaluation or independent treatment decisions. Qualifications Required Demonstrated comfort discussing sensitive pelvic, bladder, bowel, and chronic pain topics professionally and empathetically Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through with independent workload management Willingness to perform hands-on clinic tasks including room turnover and linens Comfort learning new scheduling and documentation software Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards, or willingness to be trained Reliable weekday availability, on-site Dependability for opening and closing responsibilities Preferred Experience in a medical office, physical therapy clinic, or spa/wellness center Physical therapy aide, PTA, medical assistant, or aesthetics/wellness coordinator background Experience with HIFEM technology or energy-based treatment devices Social media content creation experience Bilingual (Spanish, Hindi, or Mandarin) We are willing to train the right candidate. Technical skills can be taught; warmth and discretion cannot. Compensation and benefits $26.00-$34.00 per hour, depending on experience $25 performance incentive per treatment series concluded, paid on clinical sign-off — whether the patient completes the full series or is discharged early at the physical therapist's discretion Manufacturer-provided device certification training 12 months of manufacturer practice success program support Established practice with a stable patient base since 2021 Direct mentorship from a licensed pelvic health physical therapist Growth path to full-time hours and expanded responsibility Revive PT is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, Washington State, or local law.
