9/8/2026 About Sammamish Children's Therapy Sammamish Children's Therapy (SCT) is a team of dedicated, licensed speech-language pathologists who believe in thoughtful, personalized therapy that helps children grow into confident, capable communicators. We serve children from birth through adolescence, with specialized training in early intervention and a deep commitment to helping families experience less stress and more success. Our clinic is warm, collaborative, and family-centered, and we're excited to welcome a Clinic Coordinator who shares these values. Position Overview The Clinic Coordinator is the welcoming face of SCT and plays a key role in supporting families, therapists, and the daily flow of the clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working with children and families in a supportive, playful environment. Key Responsibilities Answering the phone and providing warm, professional communication to families Scheduling new clients and managing therapist's calendars Taking client payments and maintaining accurate account records Coordinating with insurance companies to verify eligibility and obtain authorizations Communicating with the billing company to ensure accurate claims and smooth processes Keeping therapy rooms and materials organized Preparing therapy supplies as requested by clinicians Assisting in social groups and therapies when additional support is needed Qualifications Undergraduate degree (preferably in Communication Sciences or a related field) A self-starter who demonstrates initiative and strong problem-solving skills Enjoys interacting with children and building relationships with families Strong communication and organizational abilities Friendly, calm, and professional presence Experience in healthcare, education, or customer service is a plus Comfort with scheduling software and basic computer tasks Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive, team-oriented culture Meaningful work that directly supports children and families Opportunities to grow within a thriving pediatric practice A warm, playful, and collaborative environment We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our SCT family!
