This is not a traditional receptionist position. The role combines high-end patient service, front desk operations, relationship building, and consultative sales. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a professional, concierge-level experience. Answer calls, texts, chats, emails, and appointment requests promptly. Ask questions to understand each patient's goals and guide them to the appropriate provider or consultation. Convert inquiries into scheduled consultations and treatments. Explain approved information regarding services, pricing, promotions, financing, deposits, and scheduling. Check patients in and out, manage appointments, and collect payments. Follow up with unscheduled leads, canceled appointments, and patients with outstanding quotes. Maintain accurate patient notes and follow-up tasks. Meet performance goals for response time, scheduling, follow-up, and conversion. Qualifications Two or more years of experience in consultative sales, medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dental treatment coordination, luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service preferred. Strong communication, sales, organization, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, deposits, and payment expectations. Professional, dependable, proactive, coachable, and comfortable with measurable performance goals. Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced medical environment. This is a nonclinical position. The coordinator may provide practice-approved information but may not recommend treatments, determine candidacy, or provide medical advice.
Pay:
From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week

  • Friday 7:30AM
  • 4PM and 12:30PM
  • 9PM schedule.
