Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly organized bilingual (Spanish/English) receptionist to join our busy chiropractic office. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have outstanding communication skills, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule Monday:

8:15 AM•6:45

PM Tuesday:

12:00 PM•6:45

PM Wednesday:

8:15 AM•6:45

PM Thursday:

8:15 AM•6:45 PM What You'll Do Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions Check patients in and out efficiently Collect payments and process transactions accurately Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized schedule Help keep the office running smoothly throughout the day Communicate effectively with both English•and Spanish-speaking patients Support the doctor and team with general administrative responsibilities Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Outstanding communication and people skills Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office Professional appearance and demeanor Previous front desk, medical office, or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
