Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - Value Analysis, Surgical Services to support clinical and operational initiatives focused on evaluating products, services, processes, and resource utilization within surgical services. Key Responsibilities Lead value analysis initiatives supporting Surgical Services. Collaborate with clinical, surgical, supply chain, and operational teams. Evaluate products, technologies, and processes for quality, safety, clinical effectiveness, and cost considerations. Support standardization and optimization of surgical supplies and services. Analyze clinical and operational data to support informed decision-making. Coordinate projects, communicate recommendations, and monitor implementation. Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, clinical leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders.
