October 5, 2026 We are seeking an experienced Program Manager

•Value Analysis / Surgical Services to support clinical and surgical service operations at Skagit Valley Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience working in clinical areas . Experience related to surgical services, supply chain, value analysis, or healthcare management is preferred. Requirements Bachelor's Degree required Minimum 5 years of clinical experience Healthcare management or surgical services experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with clinical teams Must be currently eligible to work in Washington State as required for the position Completed prescreen form is mandatory for submission Schedule & Contract 13-week contract 40 hours per week AM shift No on-call requirement Holiday coverage not required Potential to float between Skagit Valley Hospital (SVH) and CVH Facility may call off up to 3 shifts per contract
