$98,000 to $120,000 per year (DOE/DOQ)

In this role, you will shape and lead autism spectrum disorder (ASD) services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for children, youth, and families. This is a unique opportunity to build program infrastructure, mentor clinicians, and drive clinical excellence within a collaborative behavioral health environment. What You'll Do Clinical Leadership Design and implement ABA program structure, protocols, and service pathways Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing evaluations Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide direct and consultative ABA services to clients and families Supervise, mentor, and train Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) and student analysts Ensure delivery of person-centered, evidence-based care Program & Administrative Management Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners Ensure compliance with Washington State regulations and payer contracts Lead staff meetings, supervision, and performance evaluations Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff development Manage staffing schedules, time approvals, and leave requests Provide internal trainings and promote continuous learning What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Current BCBA certification (in good standing) Washington State LBA (or eligibility to obtain) Experience supervising clinical staff and/or CBTs Preferred Minimum 2 years of clinical supervisory experience Experience providing ABA services to pediatric populations Key Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral principles, ABA practices, and child development Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities Ability to manage competing priorities and meet productivity standards Skilled in problem-solving and interdisciplinary collaboration Additional Requirements Ability to pass background check and drug screening Proof of required immunizations (MMR, Hep B, Tdap, Flu) Work Environment & Expectations Provide direct or indirect services for at least 50% of working hours Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and standing/walking May work with clients in high-stress or crisis situations Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws Why Join Us?
