Holt Chiropractic & Massage is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! We're a busy, modern chiropractic and massage practice that believes great patient care starts the moment someone walks through our door. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in making every patient feel welcomed and cared for. No healthcare experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training and are happy to teach the right person. What You'll Do As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play an important role in keeping our office running smoothly while helping create an exceptional experience for our patients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and creating a warm, comfortable environment Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Answering phones with professionalism and positivity Processing payments and assisting with insurance and billing Using Microsoft Office, ChiroTouch, and other computer-based systems Assisting our providers with therapies and treatments Communicating with patients and helping answer their questions Working closely with our team to keep the office organized, efficient, and upbeat What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping people Reliable, professional, and dependable Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new technology Organized and attentive to detail A strong communicator and team player Able to multitask while maintaining a calm, welcoming attitude Motivated to learn and grow within the role Experience with ChiroTouch, medical scheduling, or other scheduling software is a major plus , but it is not required.
