Assistant Operations Manager — Hospitality Group (Three Restaurants)

We're looking for an Assistant Operations Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, understands the rhythm of restaurant operations, and can support both day‑to‑day execution and long‑term growth. The Role (What You'll Own) Operational Support & Execution Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily performance across all three restaurants. Ensure each location meets standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness while managing tasks, documentation, and day-to-day responsibilities Support scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage planning Monitor COGS, inventory practices, and vendor relationships Help maintain equipment, facilities, and operational readiness Team Leadership & Culture Uphold and reinforce company standards for professionalism, communication, and teamwork Support hiring, onboarding, and training of hourly staff Coach employees on service, hospitality, and problem‑solving Help resolve interpersonal issues using a clear escalation path (peer → manager → ownership) Guest Experience & Service Quality Ensure consistent guest engagement and hospitality across all concepts Support managers in handling guest concerns with professionalism and empathy Maintain a visible presence during peak hours to support staff and ensure smooth operations Administrative & Compliance Assist with reporting, checklists, audits, and operational documentation Support compliance with health codes, safety standards, and company policies Help track and communicate maintenance needs, repairs, and operational issues What You Bring 2-4 years of hospitality or restaurant leadership experience Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions‑oriented approach Ability to work across multiple concepts and adapt to different service styles High personal accountability and a commitment to professional respect Comfort with fast‑paced environments and shifting priorities A guest‑first mindset and genuine care for team culture Why This Role Matters Our restaurants succeed when operations run smoothly, teams feel supported, and guests feel welcomed.
