Job Description

Patient Coordinator Our small dental office is seeking a talented, genuine, super friendly team member with excellent communication skills and attention to detail to join our growing practice. We are an office that is committed to quality dentistry in every way.
Skills/Qualifications needed:
Greeting/checking-in patients for their appointment Scheduling appointments (in-person/over the phone) Collecting/posting payments Verifying insurance Calculating/estimating insurance coverage Insurance claim follow-up Computer skills Great phone skills Excellent customer service and patient care Quick and Motivated Highly effective communication skills Works with Integrity Self -Manageable and Passionate about your career Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Two years with dental office background preferred, but not required. Candidates that has other front office/administration experience will be considered. Our office is open Monday-Thursday, work hours will be 32 plus hours a week. NO evenings and weekends.
