Monday-Friday | Growth Opportunity into Treatment Coordinator Are you a people person who loves creating exceptional first impressions? We're looking for a bubbly, outgoing, warm, and professional Patient Concierge to join our growing periodontics and dental implant surgery practice. As the first friendly face and voice our patients encounter, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, seamless experience from the very first phone call through their visit. You'll work closely with our clinical team, treatment coordinators, and referring dental offices to ensure every patient feels informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. What You'll Do Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and efficiency Coordinate new patient appointments and ensure a smooth onboarding experience Build strong relationships with patients, referring offices, and team members Help create a positive, organized, and patient-centered front office environment
