The Program Manager will lead an assigned School Based team ensuring quality mental health services are accessible to low resourced and historically marginalized populations primarily served within schools. This role manages the overall day-to-day functions of the School Based Team assigned to them, and in collaboration with the Mental Health Leadership, ensures the sustainability of the School Based program by ensuring that departmental goals are achieved, timelines are met, and service excellence is provided. Collaborates with greater Mental Health Department to support a cohesive team that provides excellent clinical services and maintains a fun and engaging work environment. Individual must hold an advanced license as a mental health professional (or related field) and must be an Approved Clinical Supervisor. This role will carry a limited caseload. This is a 40-hour a week, 5 days a week exempt position with a salary range of $71,572.80 - $87,880.00 per year depending on credentials and years of experience. This position reports to the Mental Health Department Director, supervises designated staff, and works within the SB Management Team in Shoreline.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Services/Behavioral Sciences Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Approved supervisor Four years post master's clinical experience working with people across the lifespan Valid Washington State Driver's License and reliable transportation General computer skills in Outlook Email, Excel, Word Experience working with an electronic medical record Commitment to practicing cultural humility, self-reflection, and continued education on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging topics Demonstrated ability to successfully work within a diverse cultural setting and provide services through the perspective of cultural humility Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team Ability to bring a spirit of camaraderie to your professional relationships CHS is a non-profit organization with a great work environment, including staff who are passionate about and dedicated to the community.
