Job Description
Home Health (PDN) Clinical Supervisor Job Description The Clinical Supervisor provides expertise and support for the provision of private duty nursing services, available at all times during operating hours. Using clinical knowledge and judgment, the PDN Clinical Supervisor will supervise skilled nursing services and participate in all activities relevant to the professional services furnished, including the development of qualifications and the assignment of personnel. Principal Duties and Responsibilities The PDN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the direction, coordination, and supervision of services. The Clinical Supervisor's oversight must include the following: Attend daily Team meetings, as schedule allows Attend monthly PDN Clinical Supervisor meetings Communicate questions/concerns to Leadership/Management Coordinate Client Care Start of care visit/assessment (meet patient/family, collect documents, etc) Recertification visits every 60 days Build and maintain client chart and Care Plan in EMR Additional visits/assessments after hospitalizations > 24 hours Request signature on 485s, orders/medication requests Delegate to office staff to follow up on faxes sent Communicate with family/guardians during cert period regarding changes to care/new orders/appointment follow ups, as needed Maintain monthly compliance with clients records at a score of 98% or higher

Initial and annual skills verifications Initial and annual Infection Control Observations & Evaluation Initial and annual Statstaff updates Per cert period: 'Supervisory Visit Report' form Per week/month: 'Clinical Documentation Review' formsPRN:
Clinical support (answer clinical questions and concerns after hours for Full Time 'Exempt' CS) Delegatable tasks (to office Support Staff) Scheduling topics/needs Questions regarding payroll or credentialing Non-clinical related issues/communication Other duties as needed or required Qualifications & Skills Current WA RN licensure required 2+ years of Vent & Trach experience required 2+ years of leadership experience required Peds Experience preferredJob Type:
Full-Time Pay:
$95,000 a year - with a $1,000 quarterly bonus based on audit resultsBenefits:
