The Assistant Clinic Manager supports the Clinic Manager with facilitating operations, completing administrative tasks, and coaches/develops non-provider staff. The role combines the clinical and business aspects of healthcare to ensure the facility operates efficiently and provides quality patient care as clinically trained. They also collaborate with providers to ensure the clinic operates efficiently and profitably. Knowledge of medical practice, flow, and previous management of staff are required. Good communication, attention to detail, ability to motivate and effectively lead the team are essential skills. Education and/orExperience Requirements:
2 years of medical industry experience, required. Urgent Care, preferred. 2 years of team oversight experience, required Certified Medical Assistant experience/background, highly preferred Associate's degree in Business or a health-related concentration, preferredPay and Benefits:
Salary depends on years of experience $64,000- 67,000 annual approximation Performance-driven bonuses paid either monthly or quarterly Full-Time Benefits Eligible AFC covers the costs of medical care for employees, spouses, and dependents when using our AFC clinics for health services 401k at 1 year, with 3% Employer Contribution 3
Weeks of Paid Time Off Schedules:
Full-time, ~40 hrs/week Traditional Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends and eveningsLocation:

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
The duties will be performed in accordance with policy and procedure, the standard of care, and in accordance with state certification. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Assisting with the day-to-day management of the clinic; schedule review, staffing review, and flow evaluation and guidance. Auditing clinical practices and operations to ensure high-quality patient care. Reviewing roadblocks and creating SOPs Scheduling of staff to ensure proper staffing metrics are maintained for all clinical staff, including but not limited to Medical Assistants, Front Desk Assistants, Externs LXMO Staff Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to ensure proper staffing levels for Provider staff Hiring, monitoring, coaching, and completing timely evaluation of performance for staff/direct reports Ensuring that staff is adequately trained and cross-trained where appropriate- to help cover FD or MA on lunches etc.
Secondary Functions:
Answer inbound telephone calls to the clinic. Answer questions, transfer calls to providers and other clinics or office headquarters if appropriate, and facilitate new and rescheduling of appointments using appropriate software systems (currently Clockwise and Experity). Perform other job-related duties as directed by managementSupervisory Responsibility:
Assistant Clinic Managers are responsible for the coaching, and evaluation of non-provider staff working within their clinic. This position will generally have between 5 and 10 direct reports trained in either Medical Assisting or Administrative Support.Exhibit Company Core Values:
