salary:

$28 - $32 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4

Recruitment Management:

You will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, and talent management. This includes developing and publishing compelling job postings across various platforms, as well as meticulously creating and managing job orders within the applicant tracking system.

Seamless Onboarding:

In this role, you will oversee the entire new-hire journey. This includes sending and tracking onboarding packages and confirming the completion of all necessary documentation and required assessments.

Compliance & Verification:

You will manage the background check process and I-9 verification to ensure all legal requirements are strictly met. This includes assisting candidates with documents and process requirements as defined by client onboarding processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

You will serve as the primary point of contact for talent, addressing any concerns, and fostering positive relationships with hiring managers by providing regular status updates and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Operational Excellence:

You will maintain accurate records of all activities within the pertinent systems and assist with various HR-related projects as needed.
