Ribellia Family Chiropractic is looking for an energetic, dependable, and friendly Spanish/English bilingual Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is much more than a receptionist position. You will be an important part of the patient experience—from welcoming patients when they walk through the door to helping keep the office organized, efficient, and running on schedule. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, stays positive in a busy environment, and takes pride in doing things well. What You'll Do Welcome and check in patients Answer phones and respond to patient questions Schedule and manage appointments Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish Help Spanish-speaking patients understand office procedures and instructions Collect payments and discuss patient balances Verify insurance information when needed Maintain accurate patient information and records Assist with patient flow throughout the office Help keep treatment and reception areas organized Perform basic administrative and office duties Work closely with the doctors and other team members Help create a warm, professional, family-friendly environment Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Fluent or highly proficient in both Spanish and English Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced office Able to multitask without becoming overwhelmed Confident discussing payments and account balances Comfortable learning computer systems and office procedures Professional in appearance and communication Able to take initiative instead of always waiting to be told what to do Interested in health, wellness, chiropractic, or helping people improve their lives Medical or chiropractic experience is helpful but not required.
